At American Legion Clifford R. Rodriguez Post 809 we’re raising funds and promoting initiatives to serve the people who need them most. We believe in taking action with urgency in order to raise public awareness about some of the most pressing issues facing today’s society. Please join us by supporting our efforts to make a measurable difference in the lives of others. We conduct our membership meetings every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 1800(6:00 P.M.) located at 1825 Mt Pleasant Rd, San Jose, CA 95148.

" Here at American Legion Clifford R. Rodriguez Post 809 we will preserve and protect the interest and benefits of our service members, veterans, and their families. We are committed to supporting our community in action of public service. We are dedicated to guiding, mentoring, and supporting our youth to lead them onto success. We fully support the mission of “Be The One” , looking out for one another and helping a fellow veteran in need. We are a selfless service based organization and will continue working together side by side representing the good of the Legion and the good of the people of the United States. We will not compromise our integrity, values, or moral courage for as long as we stand and live up to our Post mission statement. "
